I’m sure everybody reading this has an addition to their New Year resolution to exercise more because it’s never exercise. We’ve asked some of the best trainers out there for some fitness tips and we summed it up into two great tips for losing weight.

Be consistent!

You need to push through at least 30 min. of exercise five to six days a week if you want to reach that goal quickly and never ever give up. Being consistent can build that natural habit and need for exercising. Pick particular days for exercising and stick to them as much as you can. This is probably one of the best tips for losing weight. Now, you will only need to follow that tight schedule and never miss a day of training. Of course, the first few weeks will be hard but the end results will be so satisfying.

Maintain a Healthy Diet

In addition to sticking to exercising, you need to make sure you eat well. You can have junk food now and then, but make sure that you put the needed nutrients in your system. Food serves as fuel for bodies. So, if you don’t eat right, you won’t exercise right. You are allowed to have a cheat MEAL, not a cheat DAY. Remember that!
Getting in shape and that body that you’ve always wanted is not going to be easy.  Sometimes, it’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey. When you reach that goal, you will look back to see how far you have gone and you will feel like a champ. Just stick to these tips for losing weight and you will be fine.
